We use our hips for everything, including simple daily activities like walking and bending. Your hips are a vital part of your body, and hip pain can prevent you from doing the things you love, and even simple movements will become challenging. Hip pain can complicate your life in many ways, but chiropractic care can help treat this kind of pain.

Chiropractic treatments can help address four main types of hip pain, including the following:

Arthritis

This condition can develop due to wear and tear, acute injury, or various pathological or metabolic conditions. Arthritis of the hip can significantly reduce the quality of your life because it will decrease hip mobility and function due to loss of cartilage, the presence of pain, and cause a change in how you walk . While there is no cure for arthritis, chiropractic treatments may help slow down the progress of this condition, and it can also help ease your symptoms. The chiropractors goal is to provide the patient with relief and improve their overall quality of life.

Sciatica

The sciatic nerve starts from the lower back and goes along the back of the leg, all the way to the foot. It is the longest nerve within the human body, and any pain present along the path of this nerve is often called sciatica. Often times sciatica is caused by an issue in the lower back, but sometimes it can actually be caused by something in the hip. Chiropractic care can help by identifying and addressing the root cause of sciatic pain, whether it is from the lower back or the hip joint.

Overuse Injury

This kind of injury starts gradually and will get worse over time as the injured area or structures get used more and more. Overuse injuries are common when it comes to hip pain, since the hip joint is being used all the time. Seeking chiropractic care for these kinds of injuries can help reduce your symptoms and prevent the injury from becoming chronic. Visiting a chiropractor regularly can help tremendously with hip pain resulting from overuse injuries, and your chiropractor will restore the proper spine and hip alignment during treatment to help promote muscle balance, joint movement, and overall patient mobility.

High-Impact Injury

This kind of injury results from a sudden incident like a sports injury, fall or car accident. A chiropractor will focus first on pain management in these situations and over time will help patients recover by helping them regain their pre-injury levels of function.

Why Seek Chiropractic Care when Experiencing Hip Pain?

Depending on the cause, chiropractors can help relieve pain by applying a variety of treatment, both hands on and instrument based. They can make the necessary adjustments to help improve hip functioning and decrease hip pain. When addressing hip pain, they will also focus on body alignment and function related to the hip, so you may experience several benefits from this type of treatment. It can help you return to your daily routine and regular activities, and in some cases it can hold off the necessity for hip surgery..

Conclusion

Are you experiencing hip pain? At Burnaby Heights Chiropractic, Dr Eaton uses specific hands-on manipulations to help mobilize your joints, which also helps relieve ongoing pain. He is professionally trained, and these treatments can help with many conditions affecting your cartilage, bones, connective tissue, muscles and joints.

Dr Eaton will focus on the issue you are experiencing. Hands-on manipulations can have a drastic positive impact with regard to pain relief—the adjustments he makes during treatment may be very effective for neck, back and hip pain. These treatments may prevent the need for pain relievers, and regular chiropractic treatments may even prevent the need for surgery.

Stretching and massage are excellent techniques to preserve and improve your muscle’s flexibility, release tension, and speed up the healing process after an injury. If you’ve been hurt or if your muscles are tight because they’ve constricted from lethargy and atrophy, both treatments can assist in improving your circulation, blood flow, and recovery for your muscles, ligaments and tendons.

By providing your muscles with a decent stretch, you’re improving their function by giving the targeted muscle group an improved range of motion to contract and expand during exercise. Stretched muscles are less likely to suffer excruciating spasms, cramps, scar tissue, and incorrect posture-compensating movement patterns.

Massage therapy, like you find with our registered massage therapist here at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic, works to improve the functioning of your muscles so that you reduce your risk of injury by having a musculoskeletal system that moves the way it should. How do stretching and massage therapy help to maintain the health of your muscles and joints?

How Massage Therapy Works

Massage refers to various techniques of applying pressure to tense muscle groups and tendons to facilitate blood flow, relaxation, pain reduction, and healing. A person either remains still or performs specific guided movements while a massage therapist exerts pressure on the targeted area, helping to release tightly contracted muscle, relieve pain, and add renewed nutrient-rich blood to the tissue to help it rebuild and recover at the cellular level. Here at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic, the entire body may be worked on during a general massage therapeutic process, but more often treatments will be tailored to target specific problematic areas.

Massage techniques can range from a light touch to intense pressure. Some people find it works best when done immediately following a demanding workout, helping to soothe sore muscles and relieve pulls or strains. Others may need a little time to let their bodies “settle down” a bit before a treatment. Amid a hectic work week, massaging can also offer much needed stress relief and endorphins release as a way to manage constant performance pressure work work and life in general.

How Stretching Works

Like massage, assisted stretching uses an external force to improve muscle tension and relieve stiffness. While assisted stretching may resemble massage in a few ways, its primary goal is to improve flexibility..

A therapist extends your muscle groups during treatment until the ligaments and muscles are stretched slightly beyond their typical range of motion. This will help to prepare the body to contract and expand with greater range and greater elasticity, helping to prevent strains and cramps.

As you become older, your muscle mobility and efficiency may become unbalanced. As time passes, you’ll also discover that your capacity to move joints comfortably declines. Long-term structural instabilities and mobility restrictions could result from all these problems, accumulating into significant discomfort. Regular assisted stretching can improve flexibility and relieve muscle tension, improving the body’s biomechanical efficiency for everyday movement.

Benefits of Massage and Stretching

Massage therapy can encourage healthy blood circulation, reduce stress, and release tight muscles, while stretching is the technique to go if you wish to extend your range of movement and prevent strains, cramps and other injuries.

What is the best option for mobility, then? If flexibility or elasticity are your primary concerns, most specialists would advise stretching combined with massage. In light of this, combining stretching and massage therapy at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic is an excellent solution for long-term structural stability. Here are some pointers for beginning with both:

Benefits of Massage Therapy

The advantages of massage for flexibility and movement are listed below.

Massage is a treatment method that passively relaxes muscles by manual touch, vibration, or oscillation.

New, nutrient- and oxygen-rich blood is delivered to the area being massaged, naturally improving circulation. Your overall health and your body’s functioning can benefit from this in turn.

Sometimes it can be challenging to maintain flexibility and skill due to trigger points. This happens because as you move during the day, knots can tighten up in the muscle and prevent you from moving naturally and comfortably. The astonishing thing is that a massage, particularly a trigger point massage, can help loosen these tight areas, so you can move more easily and comfortably.

Benefits Of Stretching

Stretching has numerous advantages; many health professionals advise including it in your regimen at least a few times each week. The following are some ways in which stretching might improve your maneuverability:

Although muscle stiffness can occur at any time, it is more prevalent following a strenuous workout or recent surgery. Additionally, you might experience tightness or stiffness more often as you age.

Stretching helps reduce and avoid stiffness in overworked, exhausted muscles. This is because it causes the muscle fibres to lengthen momentarily, which can reduce tension, stimulate the muscles and tendons before action, and promote flexibility in general.

Stretching enhances the range of movement in the joints, according to research. Stretching can also improve your strain resistance, enabling you to move your muscles with a greater range of motion while reducing potential strain.

Cons Of Stretching

While stretching can have many tremendous advantages, there can also be drawbacks. For instance:

You’ll want to be careful not to overextend because doing so may result in minor muscle strains. Remember to move carefully, pay attention to your body, and stop if you feel too much pressure.

Stretching requires effort and involvement. You must develop strategies for maintaining your motivation and dedication to your routine to benefit from daily extension fully.

Verdict: Massage Therapy vs Stretching

Your body can experience far more optimal movement patterns, overall health, and relaxation when you combine massage therapy with stretching and rehabilitation.

Your flexibility and full range of motion will improve with regular stretching, whether done daily or once a week. Additionally, a massage helps ease tension—both in mind and body.

Chiropractic care is very effective, yet many people are scared of this treatment because of the many myths. The reality is that quality chiropractic care can facilitate patients natural and pain-free healing, allowing them to function better in their everyday lives.

Chiropractic care can also improve your quality of life, and the right information will help you make informed decisions, so do not believe any of the following myths:

Myth: Once you see a chiropractor, you will be forced to keep going back

This is false because your treatment plan will be based on your condition, and a diagnosis will be made to determine your goals and needs. Your chiropractor will assess the severity of your situation, and a physical examination will be done to determine the cause of the pain or dysfunction. Treatment plans are developed in collaboration with the patient, and this plan may recommend several visits at first to see if you respond to care. The course of the treatments will vary from one patient to another, and the decision to continue with chiropractic care will be yours. In the end, the patient and practitioner will make decisions together to create the best plan.

Myth: Chiropractic adjustments are painful

Adjustments or joint manipulations are generally not painful. Many patients actually experience some degree of immediate pain relief. It’s normal to feel nervous or scared about the cracking or popping sounds you may hear during your appointment, but these sounds result from a normal physiological process in the joints, and are not a cause of discomfort or pain.

Myth: Chiropractic care can be very dangerous

This, too, is false. Chiropractic care is very safe, and to be a competent chiropractor skill, experience, and knowledge are all required. Chiropractors are highly trained and must complete extensive courses to receive their degree in chiropractic care. They are experts who constantly assess and monitor the state that their patients are in, and constantly review any risk factors involved in treatment to ensure that danger is not part of it..

Myth: One improper adjustment can cause you to become paralyzed

This does not happen, so do not fall for this myth. The integrity of your spinal structure deserves a little more credit than this. This incident could only occur if the patient comes in for treatment with an unstable fracture, which is exceedingly rare. Down’s Syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis are two other commonly discussed conditions that are contraindications to neck adjustments, and these patients may be born without a protective ligament in their neck. However, reputable chiropractors will be able to detect any “red flags” when they conduct a thorough examination.

If you have questions or want to address your concerns, Dr Eaton at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic can help. We can discuss your fears and expectations, and our team will provide you with detailed information regarding the many benefits of chiropractic care and massage therapy to determine if these treatments are right for you.

If you are experiencing muscle soreness, stress or pain, deep tissue massage may be the perfect solution. Firm pressure and slow strokes massage the deep layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles). The massage therapist will start with light pressure to warm up your muscles and then apply deeper pressure. This type of massage is particularly effective to break up scar tissue and muscle adhesions.

Patients will experience several benefits after deep tissue massages, including an improvement in their physical and mental health. Deep tissue massage is very effective, and the following are just some of the benefits associated with this treatment:

Stress relief

Deep tissue massage is an effective way to unplug and relax as this type of massage will help lower cortisol levels and increase oxytocin levels, a hormone that relaxes the body while producing soothing effects. Deep tissue massage will also help with physical symptoms of stress, including tight muscles and shoulders and tension headaches, by addressing these issues and helping your body relax.

Pain reduction

Deep tissue massage can help treat several conditions that cause pain, including plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, stiff neck and chronic pain in your lower back. This kind of massage will lessen muscle tension which occurs with chronic pain and can loosen the tight tissue clusters causing you pain. Many people believe that deep tissue massage is more effective for relieving chronic pain than medication or other medical treatments, so it’s worth considering.

Lower blood pressure and heart rate

Deep tissue massage reduces stress and tension, affecting blood pressure. Massage has a positive impact on diastolic, systolic and arterial blood pressure, but it can also increase the production of serotonin, which is known to produce good feelings and happiness.

Easier movement

Scar tissue will lead to chronic pain and stiffness, and deep tissue massage will help break up this scar tissue by improving drainage and lymphatic circulation, which will improve your flexibility and range of motion. It is recommended that people recovering from surgery get deep tissue massage because it can minimize scar tissue.

Reduces arthritis symptoms

Pain, stiffness, sleep issues and limited range of motion in joints are all symptoms of arthritis, and deep tissue massage therapy can be used as treatment. Moderate pressure will be applied to reduce pain and ease the tension, which will make it easier for patients with arthritis to move around. People with arthritis often struggle to sleep, and this type of massage can also improve sleep issues by alleviating pain that would otherwise keep you awake at night.

The health care team here at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic would be happy to provide you with more information regarding the many benefits massage therapy offers.

While Sciatic nerve pain can have a number of different causes, a lot of times you can find some relief by stretching and mobilizing your spine. The following three stretches are a great place to start. However, as with any therapy, if these stretches cause any aggravation of your pain, you should stop immediately.

When your sciatic nerve becomes irritated, it can leave you with feelings of burning, stinging, shooting pains, or even weakness through your buttocks down to your affected leg. Having poor posture and a lack of mobility in the spine are two common factors that often contribute to sciatica.

The good news is that you can try some sciatic pain relief treatments in the comfort of your own home by doing several types of exercises and stretches. These can help mobilize the joints of the spine, stretch tight postural muscles, and help to relieve pressure on the sciatic nerve to help reduce any pain.

As well, it is always a good idea to consult your healthcare provider before you try any of these sciatica pain relief exercises.

Lying Glute Stretch

This type of stretch will lengthen the piriformis and gluteal muscles, and may help relieve pressure on your sciatic nerve. To start, you will need to lie flat on your back with your knees bent to roughly ninety degrees. Then raise one foot and bring it to the opposite knee, resting your ankle on your knee. Grasp the underside of the thigh which has your ankle resting on the knee with your hands, and gently begin pulling both legs towards your chest while still keeping the ankle on the knee. Keep your spine depressed flat against the floor. Hold this position for 30 seconds while taking deep breaths, then repeat the same on the other side. Perform this stretch three times on each side.

Extension Exercise (Press Ups)

This exercise can be helpful to alleviate sciatic pain that originates due to a disc bulge in the lower back. You start by laying on your stomach with your elbows bent at the sides, and your hands held palms pressed down on the floor under your shoulders. Slowly raise your chest upwards by pressing down on the forearms and elbows while you arch your lower back, trying to keep your hips down on the floor. Try to raise up as far as you can and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds while taking steady, even breaths. You can repeat this stretch up to 5 times, three or four times per day.

Seated Lumbar Twist

This is another stretch for sciatica that can also help relieve tightness and pain in the buttocks. Begin by sitting on a mat or the carpet with your legs extended out in front of you and your hands flat on the mat behind your hips to help support you. Bend your left leg to bring your left heel up near the opposite side of the right knee. Now bring your right arm around to place your right elbow gently against your left knee, turning your torso to the left while doing so. Use your right elbow on your left knee with your left hand on the floor behind you, to gently push yourself further into the rotation. Hold for a slow count of ten and gently release. Repeat this on both sides.

If you have any questions about what stretches would be appropriate for your specific situation when dealing with sciatic pain, don’t hesitate to contact Dr Eaton and burnaby Heights Chiropractic.

Those of us who have desk jobs will experience neck and back pain as a result of sitting in the same position for extended periods of time. Office jobs will often lead to a lack of movement, and this will affect your entire body because it will leave you tired, sore and tense.

The good news is that there are a lot of self-massage techniques you can use to relieve stress and alleviate muscle pain, and if you do these correctly, they can be very effective. The right techniques will help improve blood circulation while increasing mental alertness, so take some time every day to complete the following:

Massage Your Head

Place your thumbs on your cheekbones with your other fingers close to your ears and apply gentle pressure to your temples using your fingertips. Make circles with your fingers and move along slowly towards the center of your forehead until both hands meet and repeat the process to experience relief.

Stretch at Your Desk

If you spend a lot of time typing, you need to move your entire arm to maintain flexibility, and stretching will do this while giving your forearms a break. Stretch your arms up into the air, feel your shoulders stretch, and then take your right arm and clasp your left while maintaining your stretch. Pull slightly to the side, then switch and complete this movement again for another 15 seconds. It’s very important that you move your arms in ways that you normally don’t when you are seated and typing, as this will increase blood flow. It’s also important that you stretch your legs so that they experience movement throughout the day.

Massage Your Neck

Place two fingertips on the back of each side of your neck and apply steady pressure. Hold this position and once you release, slowly roll your shoulders forward and backward, and repeat this process a few times to relieve built-up pressure in your neck.

Massage Your Jaw

A lot of people do not realize the difference this can make, so use your fingertips to press up under your cheekbones and start from the inside and move out toward your temples. As you apply pressure, open and close your mouth, and once you reach your ears, press your thumb under your jawbone and pull your fingertips down the side of your face. Repeat this pulling motion along your jaw, and as you move towards your chin, you will instantly feel relief.

Don’t Forget About Your Knees

Sitting for too long can have a negative impact on your knees, so straighten and relax your legs while seated and gently press the side of your knee with your fingertips or knuckles and work your way around your knee. Bend and straighten your leg a few times and repeat the process with your other leg.

While these simple massage techniques can help make a world of difference, you may still want a professional massage. Contact us today at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic to find out more about our services, and we will gladly schedule an appointment!

Chiropractors see several patients each day. Each patient comes into the office with their own unique and specific health goals in mind, and it is a chiropractors job to help those patients meet those health goals. Whether it is preventative treatment, acute pain management, or restorative adjustments, these are the 5 most common issues that chiropractors treat.

Lower back pain

The nagging pain in your lower back that you have had for months and it is making pretty much everything uncomfortable; the sharp jab of pain in your lower back that you just woke up with, that makes getting out of bed difficult… Lower back pain of one sort or another is the most common reason for people to see a chiropractor. Determining the root cause of the lower back pain is an essential step to effectively treating the issue. Once they determine the cause, your chiropractor will develop a plan of action which could involve various types of treatment, all with the goal of relieving your lower back pain as best they can.

Neck pain

Chiropractors also frequently see patients with neck pain, which could be caused by something as innocuous as time spent looking down at a phone screen, to something as significant as whiplash from a motor vehicle accident. By uncovering the source for discomfort, be it nerve, joint, disk, or muscle related, a chiropractor will make the necessary adjustments and deliver the best treatment they can to mitigate your symptoms and help restore your normal functioning.

Sciatic nerve pain

If you’ve ever sat for an extended amount of time, especially with a wallet or set of keys in your back pocket, you may be no stranger to pain that radiates down one or both of your legs. An sciatic nerve with compromised function may cause this pain, and this compromise may be coming from a variety of places. Treating this pain is reliant on
proper recognition of the cause. Without appropriate treatment, you are likely to experience prolonged or recurrent symptoms. This is another issue that chiropractors are very often able to help people with.

Headaches

Did you know headaches and migraines may have a lot to do with the functioning of your back, and in particular your neck? Tension headaches are often caused by muscular tightness at the back of the neck, which is directly associated with dysfunction and irritation of the joints in your neck. Migraine headaches are frequently triggered by irritation and inflammation of the joints at the very top of your neck, where your skull attaches. These are both issues that a chiropractor will see on a regular basis. Their treatments help those patients reduce the severity and frequency of those headaches, often to a very significant degree.

Shoulder and knee pain

When people think of chiropractors, they typically only think about backs. Many are unaware of the great work a chiropractor can do on the knees and shoulders! Knee pain might be caused by hip and lower back issues, while shoulder pain can often originate in the neck. Constant uneven weight distribution, habits of posture and movement,
repetitive work tasks, and even old injuries that are long in the past can all play a role in the development of knee and shoulder issues, which is why a chiropractor will always ask lots of questions on your first visit. This information leads to a better understanding of the nature of these complaints and will result in more effective treatment of these
commonly seen complaints.
Most often, visiting a chiropractor is not a one-and-done kind of thing. Maintaining a healthy musculoskeletal system long-term requires regular attention and maintenance, both from your health care team and from yourself! If you are looking for a reliable chiropractor in the Burnaby area look no further than Dr Forest Eaton at Burnaby Heights Chiropractic!

Getting older is not something that you can control. Back, hip, and joint pain, on the other hand, is completely manageable. With correct chiropractic and massage therapy, discomfort doesn’t have to accompany aging.

Dr. Forest Eaton has been in clinical practice for over 15 years and has seen thousands of patients recover from painful conditions. A chiropractor will use adjustments, activator, flexion-distraction and more to restore much of your back’s mobility. Additionally, we understand that seniors can require a little extra, we also offer custom orthotics to correct your back and posture even when you aren’t at the chiropractor. A referral for acupuncture can also be fed into treatment processes to target certain nerves and muscles that require extra relief.

What does a massage therapist do?
While a chiropractor can help with issues related to body structure, a massage therapist will deal with the soft tissue portion of your body. Using massage techniques can provide relief once again for chronic, and acute pain. With communication between patient and massage therapist, treatment will be even more effective. Once your massage therapist is able to understand what helps with your pain and/or swelling, they will be able to work off of that. Massage therapy can be more effective in combination with chiropractic treatments

How does massage therapy and chiropractic care help seniors?
Chiropractic and massage therapy treatments are a great option for seniors in search of relief.

Foot pain will affect the way you stand and walk and this type of pain will prevent you from going about your day and completing your daily routine. Foot pain must be addressed so that you can move comfortably again and custom orthotics can help in this regard. They are specially designed to be placed into shoes to help align your foot and ankle bones into the most optimal position. This can help reduce your discomfort and pain significantly, so that you can function more normally.

Custom orthotics are made from various materials and act like an interface between your shoe and your foot. This can reduce stress and strain on your legs and hips whenever you stand, walk or run. They are designed specifically for your own feet, so they will fit into your shoes easily and you will very quickly notice the difference they make, not just to reduce pain, but also fatigue while performing your daily activities. Foam, a 3D scan or plaster cast can all be used to design your custom orthotics, and each method works equally well to produce a custom, one-of-a-kind orthotic just for your feet.

Those who suffer from arch pain, foot pain, back pain, knee pain, bunions or hammertoes can all benefit from custom orthotics. Orthotics play a key role in managing any one of these conditions. Orthotics would also help those whose occupation requires them to stand for long periods of time, as this, too, can lead to foot, knee, hip, and lower back pain. If this is something you are interested in, a chiropractor can help. Their knowledge will help them recognize imbalances in your feet and lower body, and they will recommend custom orthotics accordingly. It’s important that you discuss your issues with your chiropractor so that they can determine whether or not you may benefit from orthotic correction, then they perform a complete biomechanical assessment of your feet and lower body to confirm if you are or are not a suitable candidate for orthotics.

Custom orthotics can help with plantar fasciitis by adding support to the arch of the foot, which helps decrease the stress on the plantar fascia and reduce inflammation and symptoms over time. In many cases, orthotics can eliminate the pain entirely if you suffer from this type of pain. Custom orthotics can also help with Achilles tendonitis by altering the mechanics of your foot and easing the stress on your Achilles tendon, which would help lessen the workload on your Achilles tendon and let inflammation and pain dissipate over time.

Custom orthotics will provide additional comfort and stability to your feet and work with most pairs of shoes so long as they are wide and deep enough to accommodate the device. The bottom line is that custom orthotics can help with foot pain. Burnaby Heights Chiropractic can provide you with more information. Dr Forest Eaton, the chiropractor, has materials and know-how available to cast custom orthotics, and would be happy to talk to you about your feet related issues. Contact us today!

Spending time in isolation and in quarantine has not been easy, and for
many of us, these changes have taken a toll on our minds and bodies.
Prioritizing both our mental and physical health is a must and we need to
maintain an active mind, active body and an active home during these trying
times. These things are not always easy to do but the following tips will help
guide you in the right direction:

Make A Routine

Most
of our day-to-day routines have changed because of this pandemic but it is
important that you still maintain some form of routine because it is healthy.
You must stay active and create new alternatives so that you maintain some form
of normalcy, which will allow your mind and body to remain active. It may be
tempting to lounge all day while you’re at home but you have to resist this
urge as this can cause you to go down a very unhealthy path. Try to go to sleep
and wake up at the same time you normally would every day and eat healthily.
Take a shower and change into different clothes so that you don’t get used to
staying in your pajamas all day. Establishing a routine
will allow you to remain positive and upbeat.

Make Sure You Stretch

Get
up and stretch every hour and you will instantly notice a difference in your
mood and attitude. Stretching will help you stay awake and will prevent you
from feeling down and lazy. It will also help you maintain circulation while
preventing stiff muscles and joints. You can also learn some yoga and new
stretches because more time at home will provide you with the perfect
opportunity to learn a new routine and this will help you achieve your goals
while remaining active. Stretching and exercising are extremely important for
your mind and body, so incorporate them into your new schedule. Even if your
workout routine is short, it is better than just sitting on the couch all day.

Find A Hobby

If you’re working fewer hours or need a
mental break, a hobby is a great escape. This is the perfect time to try new
things and to explore new ideas because you likely have a bit more time on your
hands. Look into hobbies that will get you moving and remember that even small
movements count. For example, knitting is great for arthritis and dexterity, so
it may be worth a try. You can also try puzzles, furniture restoration or can
get really adventurous and attempt to learn a new language. Hobbies will help
keep you occupied and active, so make sure you explore this aspect.

Chiropractic care can also help with your body and mind and Burnaby Heights Chiropractic can provide you with more information. If you are looking for the nearest registered chiropractor or an RMT in the Burnaby area, give us a call today!
